Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must be intact and attached
• Quality issues: Free return or exchange — we cover the return shipping cost
• Personal preference returns: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility

Exchange Policy

Each order is eligible for one free size exchange within 45 days of delivery. Exchange items must meet the same eligibility conditions above.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at hello@tilaeh.com
2. Please include the following in your email:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return or exchange
   • Photos of the item (required for quality issues)
3. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with further instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
